Fall Session Starts May 30th
Ever wanted to get back into shape but don't know where to start?
This group is designed for those who need a little guidance in their quest towards better health. We know not everyone will come into the class at the same level of fitness so we will have multiple groups to choose from based on your current ability level. The goal is to get everyone to be able to complete a 5k by the end of the 8 weeks.
The Course Includes:
Personal coaching for each group. 2 weekly group runs. 3-4 lectures geared towards beginners presented by experts in their fields. A $10 coupon towards your next pair of shoes at DNA. Shirts for those who complete the course. A post race party sponsored by Brooks.
The Summer 8 Week Class will begin on Tuesday , May 30th. (That will be the only class that meets on a Tuesday). The remaining classes will be Monday and Thursday Nights from DNA at 6 pm.
For those who are interested we will be competing in the Sundowner 5k on July 20th to end the class!!
