Summer Session June 11th- August 19th
Ever wanted to get back into shape but don't know where to start?
This group is designed for those who need a little guidance in their quest towards better health. We know not everyone will come into the class at the same level of fitness so we will have multiple groups to choose from based on your current ability level. The goal is to get everyone to be able to complete a 5k by the end of the 8 weeks.
The Course Includes:
Personal coaching for each group. 2 weekly group runs. Shirts for those who complete the course. Cost also will cover your entry into one of our area 5k's the last week of our course.
Monday: 6:15 pm from Turtle Lake Preserve Plainfield
Thursday: 6:15 pm from Turtle Lake Preservel Plainfield
-Wednesday Night Bonus Fun Run @6:15 pm from DNA Athletics. Beverage afterwards!!
8 week training for all 5k/10k runners of all ability levels. Let our experienced DNA Coaching Staff help guide you to new personal bests!! Our goal is to leave each runner more knowledeable about what training method will work best for them to continue to improve. We also hope all runners leave with life long friends as well as a renewed passion for running!

Friday @ 6:00 am from Settlers Park in Plainfield.
